Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the wv77 online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at wv77.cam ("the Platform", "wv77", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to all users who register an account, browse the Platform or otherwise interact with any part of the wv77 service.

wv77 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets — including PSL cricket, ICC tournaments and esports — as well as associated promotional and loyalty services. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds, each tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or matched deposit amounts credited to your Account under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to validate your identity, age and payment method ownership.
• "Platform" means the wv77 website, mobile-optimised site, any associated applications and all services offered through them.
• "Real-Money Funds" means cash deposits made by you into your Account, net of any withdrawals and settled bets.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region in which use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law or by wv77's operational policies.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, promotional and customer support services provided through the Platform.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Acceptance of Terms

Access to or use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance takes effect from the moment you first access the Platform or complete the registration process, whichever is earlier.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or using funds that do not belong to you, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. wv77 accepts no liability arising from unauthorised use of the Platform by third parties.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on wv77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any corporate entity for gaming purposes.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of use.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer or immediate family member of wv77 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned or suspended from the Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.

wv77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

wv77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time deemed necessary, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet, bank statement confirming account name).
• Source of funds documentation where required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Enable any additional security features offered by the Platform, such as two-factor authentication, where available.
• Notify wv77 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

wv77 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from wv77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

wv77 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from your sharing of credentials with third parties.

Deposits

You may fund your Account using the payment methods available in the cashier section of your Account at the time of deposit. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. Payment-provider names referenced on this Platform are contextual references only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation or guaranteed availability.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or the base currency applicable to your account, subject to any conversion rates applied by the payment provider.
• wv77 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which wv77 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed. Contact support promptly if you believe a deposit has been processed incorrectly.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the cashier section of your Account, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches your verified account name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. wv77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe; however, processing times are not guaranteed.
• wv77 reserves the right to conduct additional security and anti-fraud checks before approving any withdrawal request. During such review, funds may be temporarily held without constituting a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

wv77 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your Account Balance pending the resolution of any dispute, investigation or KYC query. You will be notified if this occurs.

Bonuses & Promotions

wv77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, enhanced odds and other promotional offers to eligible users. All promotions are subject to their individual Terms, which will be made available at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. wv77 reserves the right to exclude any account from promotions at its discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering; bonus funds are applied thereafter, unless stated otherwise.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies constitutes bonus abuse and may result in the voiding of bonuses and associated winnings.
• Multiple accounts created for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the sport-specific and market-specific rules published in the Platform's help and rules sections. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing a bet.

• Bets are not accepted from users who are minors or who are located in a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of placing the bet.
• All bets are final once confirmed. wv77 does not accept cancellation requests for bets after they have been confirmed, except where explicitly permitted by the applicable betting rules (e.g., a match is abandoned before the required number of overs in a cricket market).
• wv77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under circumstances that were the result of a system error, manifest error, or misrepresented market information.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing a wager.
• wv77 may limit, restrict or refuse any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected match-fixing, unusual betting patterns, or regulatory requirements.
• In-play bets are subject to pre-match rules plus any additional in-play-specific conditions. Connectivity issues during in-play betting are at the user's risk.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC, or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while located in a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in any way not explicitly permitted.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or system vulnerabilities — any such errors must be reported to support immediately.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion or employing low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing wv77 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, game mechanics and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of wv77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from wv77.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice from any part of the Platform.
• Use the wv77 name, logo or branding in any manner that implies association or endorsement without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wv77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, connectivity issues or system errors beyond wv77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.
• Inaccuracies in third-party data feeds used for odds compilation or live score information.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform for decision-making purposes.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wv77 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or reliability of the Platform or its content.

Responsible Gambling

wv77 is committed to responsible gambling and provides a suite of player-protection tools accessible from within your Account settings. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are comfortable sustaining within a given period. Play is paused once this threshold is reached.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders or automatic session terminations after a specified period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the Platform. Requests for permanent self-exclusion will be processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Account Closure & Termination

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting wv77 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to identity verification and pending withdrawal conditions.

wv77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from licensing or law enforcement authorities.
• Extended periods of inactivity, subject to applicable dormant account policies.

In cases of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, wv77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, where permitted by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

wv77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent on-site notice at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 15.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wv77 holds its operational licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute between you and wv77, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. wv77 aims to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out by the applicable licensing authority.
